The DAB Jet 102 M Garden Pump is a self-priming water pump of the highest quality; neither effort nor expense were spared in its development. Thanks to the materials used and to the innovative approach, this pump is top notch in its class.
This garden pump is equipped with a DAB Control-D, which turns it into an automatic pump. When a tap is opened, the pump will switch on automatically, and off again when the tap is closed. If the source (the place where the water comes from) is dry, the DAB Control-D ensures that the pump is switched off automatically, so that it does not sustain damage due to running dry. Thanks to the interlinked cables between the pump and the DAB Control-D you can start immediately.
The pump can be used for a wide range of situations:
- Watering, spraying, and irrigating a garden or lawn
- Hosing down a terrace, decking or garden furniture
- Draining spaces or wells
- Supplying water/rainwater for your washing machine, toilet, sink, or shower in a separate circuit
The pump's manageability has been given some serious thought. In particular its compact and light design, as well as its quiet operation, making this pump extremely suitable for almost any situation that involves supplying water and providing pressure.
The DAB Jet line was developed to supply water and to generate increased water pressure in domestic environments, as well as in agriculture, horticulture, and industry, where the self-priming function is necessary.

| Faq Answer 1 | <p>The DAB Jet 102 M is only suitable to pump clean water, i.e. water that is free from large solid particles (< 2 mm). This means that you can also pump water from a canal or ditch, but subject to certain conditions: We recommend making use of a suction hose with a brass connection (better filtration). We recommend making use of a pre-filter (this allows for extra filtering before the water enters the pump). In addition, the water should not be colder than 0°C and not warmer than 35°C.</p> |

If the water is occasionally at a depth lower than nine metres, you will need to use a borehole pump, which is placed in the well and usually has a delivery head of 50 metres and over. | Faq Answer 8 | <p>This is a water-cooled model pump, which means that it cools itself with the water it pumps. When the water from the source is finished − for example, if the water level has dropped below nine metres − the pump will keep running with no water supply. This is referred to as 'dry running', and may cause the pump to become overheated, which could ruin it. You can prevent this from happening by using a dry-running protection system, which ensures that the pump switches off automatically when no water is supplied.</p> |
